As a council member of China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Medicines & Health Products, Suzhou HengXiang Import & Export Co., Ltd. has been doing business of medical products for over 20 years and medical products have always occupied important share among the products we deal with.

For all these years our company has extended our business scope, enriched sorts of medical products, and meanwhile has been switching product scope from labor-intensive to high-tech.

In the process of extending import and export business of medical products, our company insists combining import business with export, promoting export business by improving import. So far our medical products are sold in more than one hundred countries around the world, including the USA, EU, Russian, South Asia, Middle East, Latin America, Japan, Korea, ASEAN, Australia and etc. In the year of 2016, exported medical products covered almost all types and sales of which amounted to 20 million dollars. Sales of imported medical products amounted to 3 million dollars and imported products mainly lie in medical equipment for labs, like projection reading set and so on.

With regards to quality control, our company has always been dedicated to improving quality and has passed CE (EC-Directive 93/42/EEC) and FDA quality audit. By the year of 2016, medical products registered in FDA amounted to 35 sorts. At the start of 2017 year our company has been approved by TUV Product Service in the quality system audit, accomplished declaration and is ready to obtain certification of ISO 13485:2016, laying a solid foundation for sustainable development. Meanwhile among medical devices targeting European market, CE products have increased to 35 sorts. Besides we have acquired certification of free sale for medical products in many developing countries and regions, making our company more competitive in the International market.

Recently we have created our own brand of medical products “HEPPO” and formed one-stop medical supply system, covering major types of medical products: medical consumables, medical equipment, medical devices and other related products or service. Our company is aimed at making a good brand of medical products, offering clients excellent quality and service.

So far we have established business relationships with clients from more than one hundred countries and regions and the quality of our products and service have been widely acknowledged among our clients all over the world. We also work with many suppliers or manufacturers providing good products with competitive price.
